WHAT'S WAKOOPA?

WAKOOPA is like a tracker which tracks the programs you use, and give points for that. Now how does it happen? It is done by a special program called, "Wakoopa Tracker" you can download it from the website, and after installing it to your computer, it'll be present in the taskbar icons just like this,
